Notes
- Heat 1.5 Gallons of water to 160*F
- Place Steeping grains in a bag , and steep in water for 25 minutes.
- Remove bag and sparge with 1.5 quarts of 170*F water
- Let bag drain, don’t squeeze
- Add wort to brew kettle and dilute to 6 gallons.
- Bring to a Boil and add 1.5lbs Pilsen DME and .5 oz Saaz Hops start 15 minute timer.
- After 15 minutes add .25 oz Cascade hops start 30 minute timer.
- After 30 minutes add in 4lbs Wheat DME, .5 oz Saaz, 1 oz orange peel, and 1 oz Coriander. Add wort chiller, and set 15 minute timer.
- After 15 minutes, flame out and add .5 oz Cascade.
- Take sample for gravity & begin cooling wort
- Once wort is chilled, add to fermentator and pitch yeast.
