Notes
Warm up hot water (21L), add it to the fermentor (demijohn), let it cool down. When it is about 20 degrees, make a 60 degree bath for the honey (5kg) and let them sit in there for 20 minutes, then pour them in the fermentor (they are less viscous) with the proper amount of nutrient. Stir them well, let them cool to 20 degrees, add oxigen and pitch the yeast. Ferment at 14-15 degrees.
