Notes

The grain bill is to try an mimic the profile of maris otter. Turned out toasty but not overpowering. Easy drinking. Split the batch and put 5 Earl Grey tea bags in one of the half corneys. Next time start with 3 or 4. Still tasted good but a little too much tea.
