Found this recipe online.
Pecans roasted in 350F oven for 15min, checking every 5 min. Once deemed aromatic I coarse chopped them in a food processor and added them to the mash grains
The mashed liquor looked a gorgeous deep black.
All in all a fairly simple recipe.
