Target: A higher alcohol American Pale Ale with a refreshing citrus kick. Citra hops for bittering / flavor, Cascade for Aroma, and dry hopped with Motueka for to strike the balance between citrus and bitter. Very simple grain profile with 5% Carapils for added body and head retention.
