Notes

Mash: air temp was 2 degrees. Had trouble getting mash temp. Used 6 gallons of tap water and .5 gallons RO water. Added at 175 4 gallons. Temp was 2 low. Heated 1.5 gallons to 180. Mash still too low. Added 1 gallon boiling still low. Added 1 more gallon boiling. Mashtemp was 155-153.

After sparge; collected 7.8 gallons with gravity of 1.032. Too low. Did not get good conversion.
Next time ph and water.

OG 1.062. 4.1 gallons in fermenter.
