Notes
Overgieten van kookketel naar gistingsvat mag gewoon leeggieten of scheppen. Hier mag/moet juist zuurstof worden toegevoegd.
Boven gistingsvat keukenzeef hangen.
Boil Gravety = 1066 en dit is de waarde voor het koken. Als deze hoger is, wat water toevoegen. En bij lagere waarde wat koken evt.
Schrijf de platowaarde (links op refactometer op vlak voor het vergisten.
