Recipe adapted from Jen Talley, given during a podcast (Brewstrong, I think?).
Use two packs dry yeast, rehydrated. If not Mangrove Jack’s M84, can use Saflager 34/70, or WLP830 or Wyeast 2124 liquid yeast.. All are the same Weihenstephan strain, as far as I know.
