This was brewed for a home brewing competition
Mash pH measured at 6.5
OG 1.048
FG eventually 1.008 - so ABV 5.3%
Although it took longer than usual for primary fermentation - I had to rouse the wort a couple of times. It was winter, but I had a heating belt on it.
