Notes

Very smooth with a light sweetness and 6.7% ABV.

Add crystal malt (in bag) to 2 gallons of cold water. Slowly bring to 170°F. Remove grains, bring liquid to boil, and add extract and honey. Boil for 35 minutes, then add Bullion hops. Boil for 15 more minutes, and then add Cluster hops and Irish moss. Boil for 10 minutes. Total boil time is 60 minutes.

Remove from heat and cool. Add water to make 5 gallons and pitch yeast.
