Notes
Going through the Brew-Master's Bible by Stephen Snyder, and the some what of a Anchor Steam caught my eye. After starting to fill out the recipe I realized it was an extract recipe with few descriptions on what specialty malts are used... So, this is my best stab at it. Either way this will be a fun brew and first attempt at a steam beer.
I customized the attenuation too, going up by 7.5 points to match the style. We'll see if that is a huge mistake.
