Notes
- Mix the boil addition of BrewTan B with wort to make a slurry, then add to kettle.
- Ferment at 68°F for 4 days.
- Raise temp to 70°F, maintain until fermentation is complete.
- The whirlpool/flameout hop addition can be moved to a 20 min addition if you do not want to whirlpool.
