Flavored did not come together...two much ginger upfront and way to sweet finish. Also some estringent notes so too much roasted notes.

So this beer is coming together as it ages...took it off co2 and have let it rest for about a month now and balance of flavor a is coming together. Was a mish-mash of flavor at first. If you brew this then let it sit in the keg at least a month prior to taping.
