Pumpkin- Use butternut squash. Halve and rub both sides with brown sugar and spice mix (will add formula). Smoke in grill with charcoal and whatever hardwood you prefer until the flesh is softened. Then remove from skin and make puree from the flesh. Add half to the mash and half to the boil.
