Notes

Pilsner is Barke strain. Added DME to bring up gravity, since I took some wort to make starters with. Normal efficiency is 70%. Sugar was 1 lb blonde Belgian, 3 lb cane. Added DME to make 1080 gravity. Amazing attenuation, rousing yeast, lots of sugar, adding staggered nutrient & having oxygen available in headspace most of fermentation. Double checked using hydrometer on finished beer.
