Notes
Collect 3,6 liter of first runnings from lauter tun and boil it hard for 30 minutes, stirring often. This makes an small amount of caramelized wort. Add to boil when you got 90 min left in the boil.
Ferment 8 to 10 days at 18 °C, transfer to secondary and condition at
10 °C for two weeks.
BYO Classic clone recipes page 41 does not call for oak in secondary.
