This one was crafted as a test of a base malt that is floor malted here in Macomb County, Motor City Maltsters. Utilizing only pale and honey malts the grist lends a toasty and sweet character that jives well with the Nelson and Motueka hop profiling.

Grassy, Sweet, Dank, Vinous and Juicy.
