Notes
Repitching London Ale yeast slurry from a NEIPA.
Pitch yeast at 65F and raise slowly up to 70-72 over the week to encourage full attenuation.
Freeze strawberries for 5-6 days prior to being ready to use them. Thaw until strawberries are about room temp the day of putting into secondary. Let secondary sit for about 7 days or until fermentation has finished.
