Notes
Efficiency has been unusually low even with hitting correct mash temperatures, starting to suspect the malts from my home brew shop have low modification.
Batch efficiency = 52%
6.5 gallons pitched with house culture dreggs

NOTE: 25.75 lbs of grain absorbed slightly more than 3 gallons
