Multi-step Infusion mash
- 3.5 gallons for 60 minutes
- add boiling water to raise temp for 15 minutes
- add boiling water for second temp increase the lauter
- sparge at 170 to collect 6.5 gallons
After boil...whirlpool then settle for 30 minutes before chilling
