24l wanted in kettle post boil to account for trub and hop loss
3l loss in 75min boil
27l wanted in Kettle after mash & spare
Sparge with 3l of water, 2l hot from tap, rest from boiled kettle.
Strike water 71.2c with 32l of water
Mash at 67c for 75 mins, stirring and adjusting temps at 25 mins and 50 mins.
Yeast used was West Coast IPA limited edition
Batch one was perfect - Used 1056 instead of West Coast Custom.
