Notes
English Strong Bitter with Centennial hops.
I have swapped out Centennial for Loral or Mosaic with good results, and they have similar bitterness properties.
Yeast: my house ale yeast is Verdant/London III/1318, but S04 will do fine and I've used it multiple times.
