Notes
Notes: no yeast starter - one fresh pack of imperial. Hops weren’t vacuum sealed (resealed)
Tasting 2 weeks after kegging (vacation). Clean, dry pale ale. Malt is nice and subtle. Hope nose and aroma isn’t as strong as I would have hoped with the amount of hops used.
Tweaks: will potentially up the Amarillo whirlpool and up the first dry hop charge. Also probably add a piney/dank (Simcoe) hop to add depth to the citrus.
