Notes
Not enough yeast at the shop, ie only one packet of each so for quick starter build mixed two WLP's together and made a 5ltr starter. Not ideal but not the end of the world either.
Starter very slow to get going, the yeast missed the boat and was left at Star-Track over the weekend. Might have to look into other options for yeast shipping, that's twice now I've made a compromise on yeast due to lack of stock and then had the shipment delayed and left warm due to shipping stuff ups. Country living can suck.
