Notes

Used pumpkin harvested from our garden. Brewed 10 gallons.

5 gallons went through chiller and added pumpkin spice and a little bit of brown sugar (soaked in vodka). added to the keg. WY1318 yeast

The other 5 gallons had a large late addition/whirlpool of hops (11 oz Glacier) and used Conan yeast. restarted the burner after the first portion went through the chiller and boiled for 5 minutes then whirlpool for 20 minutes.
