Partial Mash: initial water temp was about 167 degs. 4-quart recommendation for 4-lb of grain was too little water. Maybe use 5-quarts next time? Also, intense manipulation of grain bags to try to spread the too-little liquid resulted in too-low T=145 degsF. So, I added 1-quart of hot water, thereby raising the temp to about 150. Also, next time, rinse grain bags in the brew kettle with clean water at 180-190 degs.
I forgot to update actual AA% of hops before brewing. Citra is default 11% here, but actual was 123%, so total est. IBUs are higher than I wanted- let's see how it tastes!
