(You can scale this recipe up or down to fit your needs, generally can cut the grain bill and hops in half with good results.)
Optional* for more "character" from the yeast use the White labs American Hefeweizen WLP320
This base beer great by itself but lends itself well to flavoring after fermentation.
Examples:
6 oz of Apple flavoring (1.5 bottles of Brewer's Best)
8 oz of Blueberry flavoring (2 bottles of Brewers best)
1 unsweetened packet of powdered lemonade for a shandy.
