Notes

This is my first try of an IPA and I wanted to try with Jalapeno. Not super hot, you almost can't feel the heat of the Jalapeno because it goes very well with the bitterness of the beer.

The first day of kegging there's a big scent of citra and it's ( IMO ) too sweet, but a week later (about week 4) the taste of the beer is just perfect !

Folks at work and friends asked me to do it again ... I will try to reproduce it !
