How did this turn out? Specifically are you happy with the Cinnamon and Vanilla flavor amount?

@Sean, the beer turned out really good. I think the cinnamon was spot on, and I wouldn't want it any stronger in such a light beer. If anything, I think it could have used a little more vanilla flavor. I brewed this for a friend and he handled the secondary additions. We discussed breaking up the vanilla beans and giving them more time in the vodka to make a stronger tincture next time. Last time he just broke them in half and gave them 24 hours in the vodka.

Thanks. Brewing a very similar recipe to yours and was worried about the cinnamon . I added 4oz Madagascar vanilla extract and .5 oz cinnamon stick to secondary (10 gallon batch). Pulled a taste off the fermentor, vanilla was spot on, but i thought it needed more cinnamon. So Im going to add some more today.
