Notes

12/8/17- blended the two batches together as there was slightly different characters on both after they were blended with the last beer from the barrel and not my regular funky/spon/house strain. One was about 1.004 and the other closer to 1.010. I added 4 ounces of Tettnanger to one and 4 ounces of golding's to the other to see which character I liked best. Hopefully it will be ready to bottle in another month.
