Notes
This is a small batch attempt for a vegetable beer . To be different I am using zuchinni. The goal is a liquid zucchini bread.
The zuchinni will be roasted as you would pumpkin. Quartered then baked at 350 for 25 minutes. Will then be shredded and added into the mash. I listed pumpkin as a way to add the squash into the fermentables. Although I'm guessing that pumpkin in this recipe would not be to incredibly awful.
