mods from original mind changer mosaic. using smaller dose of el dorado in the bittering phase since this hop is higher in AA.

previous recipes were set for batch size of 5.5 gals even though they were really 5. changed the setting here. also going from 7 pre boil gals.

thinking about using the manchester yeast for a changeup. but several of my last few brews have been hazy....

Cancel that. Gonna use 1056.

Using millennium for bittering instead since I have some on hand. Slightly higher in aa so adding thme for 55 min instead of 60. Also the El dorado I got are lower aa than this site says. 12 instead of 15.

Dang it i meant to adjust the time to reflect using 1.0 Oz but I did not so now the brew will be 67 instead of like 53. :-/

Original projection was 59% efficiency 5 gallons and 1.060. Ended up with 66% 5.25 gals and 1.065. Maybe the extra hops and extra gravity will offset each other
