Notes
Beer didn't look dark enough after brew day. Next day, planned to buy Sinimar extract, but it was 3 years old at homebrew shop. Instead purchased 8 oz. of Blackprinz malt and steeped in 64 oz of 160 degree water to make my own black malt extract. Chilled in ice bath and added directly to fermentor during primary fermentation. Next time, will add directly to mash.
