Notes

Spread pumpkin in shallow pan and bake at 350F for 60min.

Steep 20L and chocolate malt until 170F.

Bring to boil after adding LME and the baked pumpkin.

Add NB hops at 60.

With 5min left, add maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.

Cool.

Ferment for 14 days.
