Mash at 152, sparge 168, add hops at boil, with 15 minutes left add 1/4 tsp yeast nutrient,
When beer hits FG, blend 12 oz of cranberries with 1 granny smith apple and 1 orange (remove apple core but leave orange whole) into relish, add 1/2 tsp pectic enzyme, and rack beer onto it. Leave for 7ish days, rack to bottles.
