Hitting the exact water profile based on the Gurnee water profile is pretty difficult, but I came close last year. Based on the slightly higher IBU's in the recipe, I could cut down the CL-. |

Notes
This is a "garbage pail" recipe using as much of the mish-mash of grains my son, Jason, gave me and the left over hops from other various brews. Everything has been kept sealed and refrigerated, but it's a little old, so we'll see how it comes out 6 weeks after brewing.
