I use deer park at the house. it's not the best, but it is fairly consistant, so i can base all my brews off of it.

Notes

This recipe stemmed from having a lot of citra on hand and needing to get it used up. Really solid crowd pleaser that has e an added punch of hoppy goodness. Using the 60L makes a deeper caramel color.
