Notes

Brewed 6/20 - 1200ml 1.040 starter. Added half LME pre-boil and other half at 10min. OG was 10.74 pitched started decanted to 800ml at 67. No issues.

6/27 added dry hops. Only had an oz of crystal so I back-filled with magnum and citra. Surprised to find FG was 1.012. No bubbles so it must have just attenuated high due to the huge starter.

Bottled 7/6 used fizz drops. Dry hops ran for 9 days. Tastes just like flat SN Torpedo :)
