Notes
Steep 150-155 for 30 min, bring to boil. Add extracts and hops, adding nibs at 30 min, lactose and brown sugar at 15 min. Cool wort and pitch yeast, fermenting for two weeks. Rack on top of coconut and nibs for one week, or until desired flavor profile. Add small increments of almond extract at bottling, you want the almond to be present behind chocolate and coconut, not over powering.
