Notes
8/22/17
split batch
1/2 on London Ale 3 yeast cake
that will be carbed with guava sugar
9/13
kegged to flush keg with 1/2 lb guava puere mixed with water and 2 oz chryo citra and one ounce chryo mosaic
beer finished more dry than anticipated 1.10
the beer was less hoppy than anticipated so I added 4.2oz galaxy 1oz mosaic pellets
The beers is incredibly hoppy and amazing complex throwing off many tropical flavors. This is my favorite hoppy beer to date.
1/2 on Yeastbay House sour culture to be racked on sour apples
8/24/17 racked on 7lbs of tart apples harvested from a local disc golf course (KLM hole 2)
