Grapefruit IPA with citrus flavours from Cascade hops and added zest.
Zest (only, no pith) of 2 large grapefruit added in last 15 mins of boil.
Biographical note: Captain Chaddock was a 17th century trader who is credited with introducing the south-east Asian pomelo fruit to the West Indies where it was hybridised with the sweet orange to create Citrus Paradisi - the modern day grapefruit.
