Couldn't lay my hands on any Northern Brewer hops, so this is an English variant on the California Common.
Uses the spiciness and high AA (11.5) of UK Target up front, then UK Challenger, a descendant of Northern Brewer, as an aroma and finishing hop.
Fermented at fairly low temp (17).
Mangrove Jack M54 California lager or M44 West Coast as an alternative.
