Notes
Expected final gravity 3-3.5 (Brewersfriend does not include final gravity estimation for mash temperatures above 70°)
Preboil:
- Gravity of 9P (maybe lower the mash temperature to 70 for higher gravity for next batch)
- 21-22 liters
- Wort taste a bit veggy (or it's only me Andreas)
Boil:
- Using a hop-bag for the Mate addition
- Post boil volume 18.5L
OG: 12.2P
Pitching:
- Yeast not hydrated. 1 pack of US-05 added directly to fermenter
Fermentation:
- Final gravity (after 6 days): 4.8P (4% ABV)
- Final pH 4.46
