Notes
Mash in with 3 Gallons @ 172F for 60 min rest @ 157F
Pull 1 gallon of first runnings w/ no mashout and start boiling it.
Finish 1st runnings, and add 5.3 gallons in two separate batch sparges.
Add lactic acid at 0.25 mL/gal mash water
0.75 mL to mash, 1.35 mL to sparge water
After an hour of boiling 1st gallon, add to the full boil, and continue until 60 minutes.
Dilute to ~1.049 SG / 12.15 Brix
