Notes

New Belgium Fat Tire clone.

2 Lbs of the grain bill call for "UK Brown Malt". My method was toasting 2 Lbs Munich in my oven @375 dF for about 20 min. Every 5 min or so turning the grains. Toast the Munich malt, and allow it to cure for 7 days.
