Notes

Steep crushed grains in 1 gallon of water at 155 F for 30 mins. I use distilled water since it is an extract. Add 1/2 gal of water and add 1lb of extract. Then bring up to boil add first batch of hops. Boil 60 mins, adding hops at correct intervals. Add remainder of extract with 20 mins left to boil. (Be careful of a boil over at this addition).

First time trying a late addition extract and I am hoping it will be a lighter color than anticipated.
