Notes
This is a Norwegian Farmhouse Ale, but with American hops. Could almost be a NEIPA, maybe, with the late hops and oats. Calling it a NorPA - Norwegian Pale Ale. Yeast is a Kveik strain from Michael Waldren via DeWayne Schaaf from Milk the Funk (not Hot Head - but it's the closest Kveik I could find in the database). Ferment hot, ~30°C/86°F or more.
