Two weeks in the bottle. Subtle fruits on the nose: blackberry, blackcurrant. A hint of unspecified dark fruits on the palate, followed by slight bitterness and well-balanced malt. Dry finish leaving a whisp of warming alcohol. Excellent, complex beer. 9/10
davepick • 01/15/2018 at 06:48am This beer has improved massively after four months in the bottle. The fruitiness has mellowed, the body feels fuller and well rounded. There is still fruit on the nose, but it is more subtle. Will brew this again and leave to age in the bottle. Excellent.
