Notes
Bring wort to boil. Add salt and coriander, then cut off.
Chill to 95 degrees and transfer to purged keg. Add Half carton of good belly mango. Let sit for three days.
Bring to boil to kill off bacteria. Pitch Trois. Add passionfruit, pineapple, mango, blood orange, and cherry purée into this one. We also add small amount of Hawaiian Punch powder for good measure
