Bottled 10 months later on May 13th 2017. Lots of lost volume to the blueberries (about 2 gal was bottled).
FG is 1.004!
To be tasted from a ballon glass, th flavors were the best :
Medium blueberries presence upfront.
Low to medium brett taste and flavor late in the sip. .
Nice acidity, not as much as a gose/berliner but much more that a regular beer.
Color was dark red/bleu
